For only a few dollars more diamondback bmx bikes is sturdy, well-built & has all of the cold details that my son wanted for his first ""real"" bicycle. The bicycle is so nice that my older boy is a little jealous of his more youthful sister. The only down-side was that the directions for assembly were difficult to understand. But even with this glitch diamondback bmx bikes took under hours to get diamondback bmx bikes prepared to ride. I highly recommend this bicycle!
